FAQ
Do you really offer unlimited support? How is this possible?YES! If you’re subscribed to either our Gold or Platinum plan, you can submit an unlimited number of website tasks. Individual tasks are limited to approximately half an hour each but there’s no limit on the number of tasks you can send us.
What type of tasks are included?We can make content updates, theme or stylesheet adjustments, install new plugins, configure forms and much more. From code to general website issues, we’ll take care of almost anything that can be done within 30 minutes.
What if a task takes more than 30 minutes?If we estimate a task to take more than 30 minutes, we’ll give you the option to purchase a Medium (1 hr) or Large (2 hr) one-off task for a discounted hourly rate of $125/hr. Anything larger than that will be considered a project that needs to be scoped and quoted accordingly.
What are your hours and response time?We strive to respond to all requests within 48 hours during the workweek and to complete all tasks within 8 business hours, but it usually happens much faster. Our business hours are currently Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm ET.
For priority support, we offer a 24/7 email help desk and that typically responds within a few hours or less.
What video tutorials do you include?We provide a library of professional, up-to-date tutorial videos within your website dashboard to help train you and your team on how to use WordPress and popular plugins like WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, and Yoast SEO.
How often do you run updates?We will run our update process on your site weekly at a minimum, and as soon as we can following any major/critical WordPress core releases.
What does speed optimization include?We make sure things like caching and minification are set up and maintained properly, and we do regular database optimization to clean up things like old post revisions.
What’s your cancellation policy?These plans don’t require any contract, so you’re free to cancel anytime after your first month. We’d hate to see you go, but if you ever need to cancel just send an email to [email protected] and we’ll stop your plan before your next payment.
